IVF-ICSI Treatment

The package encompasses a complete treatment cycle from Day 1 of menses until outcome is known at cycle Day 28.

It includes:

• Hormone drugs for stimulation and luteal support *
• Relevant hormone blood tests
• Oocyte collection
• Embryo transfer
• IVF laboratory and embryology fees
• Operating theater fees
• Clinician and procedure fees

* Fixed dose, 150 iu daily X 8 Days, antagonist cycle, with IV sedation for OPU

The packages fee is totaled at RM 8,800.00

To qualify for this package:

1.	One or both must be MY card holders (Local Pricing)
2.	Wife age 35 years or less
3.	Regular ovulatory cycles
4.	No Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
5.	Not a poor responder - includes severe ovarian endometriosis or previous ovarian surgery
6.	Not requiring testicular biopsy (MESA/TESA)

Modification of this package required if:

1.	Age > 35 years
2.	Has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
3.	Poor responders
4.	Stimulation > 150 iu daily for 8 days
5.	Requiring MESA/TESA

Additional cost for modified package:

This is essentially for increased dose requirements or for choice of other Follicle Stimulating Hormones (FSH) drugs beyond the normal package cost utilizing Folliova/Menonys/Antagonist/Cyclogest. Additional drugs are charges at current prices.

Additional costs for other procedures:

These are charged at current fees and include:

1.	Freezing and storage
2.	MESA/TESA

This implies that for patients requiring additional doses, the end cost of the Package + Additional Dose will range from RM 10,000.00 to RM 12,000.00

*Note: Current IVF/ICSI programmes at fertility centres in the private sector range from RM 14,000.00 to RM 18,000.00.
