Sime Darby Medical Centre Park City

Sime Darby Medical Centre ParkCity (SDMC ParkCity) is a 300-bed medical centre sits on a 5-acre site in Desa ParkCity and will be Sime Darby Healthcare Group’s third hospital with inpatient facilities.

It will be positioned as a secondary care hospital dedicated to comprehensive women’s and children’s healthcare with focus on breast oncology, child development and the treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes.

SDMC ParkCity’s health care professionals will be uniquely qualified and equipped to provide the highest level of care, therapeutic and surgical services for children and women, be it life-threatening illness, traumatic injury, premature birth or high-risk obstetrical and gynecological needs. Complex cases requiring tertiary care will be referred to either SDMC Ara Damansara or SDMC Subang Jaya.

The new hospital of which the design and layout was developed by Sime Darby Healthcare, is expected to start operations by early 2013.

The hospital is currently under construction and once completed, Sime Darby Healthcare will lease and manage the hospital from the owner - Perdana Parkcity.
